The chamomile is Matricaria recutita (syn. M. chamomilla), known as German or blue chamomile and has a subtle natural apple fragrance. The dried lavender has a lovely clean fragrance. The mixture can be used as a natural potpourri or in a sleep pillow or sachets. It is 100% natural - just dried flowers with nothing added. The fragrance will naturally be more subtle than you would get from artificial fragrance oils. Enhance it if you like by adding lavender essential oil, available separately.
