Lavender Home Fragrance – a Fresh but Relaxing Scent
Lavender home fragrance is really popular for good reason! The scent of lavender can be relaxing, floral or clean depending on the context.

Lavender potpourri
Dried lavender grains naturally contain the essential oil, so why not leave a bowl of lavender in the room you’d like to scent? If you find the lavender smell decreases after a little while, you can refresh it by putting it in a bag and giving it a good squeeze before putting it back in the bowl. This releases more of the oils inside each flower bud.
If you really want to boost the fragrance, you could add a few drops of lavender oil to the potpourri too. Placing the bowl somewhere warm will also help diffuse the scent around the room.

Lavender bags are great for fragrancing small areas such as drawers and cupboards. These are usually small fabric bags filled with lavender grains. Lavender sachets are often a paper envelope filled with something lavender scented, so if you want to keep it natural, check the description!
