Lavandula stems also look beautiful unaccompanied!
Home decor

You could place a whole bunch in a vase, or just place a few stems in a group of narrow-necked bottles.
Craft projects

Cut the lavender stems short for wreath making or for decorative hoops. This makes them easier to affix to the frame.

- Table decorations and place settings – a few stems simply tied with ribbon or raffia look fab. You could add a name tag too
- Wedding favour – the little posy shown above could be taken home afterwards

Types of Dried Lavender Stems
Lavender bunches come in two broad types which are long, straight and pale blue or short, curvy and deep blue. On this page the bouquet with the red ribbon and the heart wreath are made with the first type and all the other images are of the second.
Both types of sprigs grow in the UK, France and elsewhere.
